構造了一組新的純二維不可分離的小波濾波器―全相位離散反餘弦列率濾波器(APDICSF)。該濾波器具有五株排列的交錯採樣形式和良好的內插性能,適用於圖像分解壓縮。將其用於提升格式的預測和更新濾波器,得到與可分離小波濾波器組不同的圖像分解方式,並用SPIHT實現圖像的壓縮編碼。實驗證明,APDICSF組的壓縮效果好於經典的Neville濾波器,在圖像壓縮方面有良好的應用前景。

English Abstract

A novel true 2-D nonseparable wavelet filter bank-all phase discrete inverse cosine sequency filter (APDICSF) was presented. These filter banks have quincunx sampling form and good interpolating characteristic, which can be applied in image decomposition and coding. Using it as predicting and updating filters in lifting scheme separately, we get a different decomposing way unlike the separable filter bank, then code the decomposed image in set partitioning in hierarchal trees (SPIHT). Experimental results have verified that at the same compression rate, the PSNR of the APDICSF is better than that of the well- known 2-D nonseparable Neville filter and APDICSF has good application prospect in image compression.
