Chinese Abstract

近年來,蓄冰空調系統中蓄冰桶內的冰晶在溶解時與其攜流體(乙二醇水溶液)的傳質傳熱問題日益受到學者們的重視。在對前人相關冰晶溶解模型進行修改的基礎上,對冰晶溶解過程作了三項基本假設,建立了冰晶在乙二醇水溶液中溶解時發生的傳熱傳質過程的數學模型,推導出單個冰晶溶解時間和表面溶解速度等物理參數的計算公式,得出了遠處溶液溫度和冰晶表面溫度之差是冰晶溶解的驅動力和重要影響因素。

English Abstract

The problem of mass and heat transfer between ice crystal and its surrounding fluid happening in the process of ice crystal melting in ice-storage container is paid more importance by the scholars in the last few years. By the modification of the existing correlative model, the mathematical model of ice crystal melting in ice-storage container is presented on three basic assumptions, and the formulas of its melting time and its surface melting velocity are given. Moreover, the conclusion that difference in temperature of the ice crystal surface and its surrounding fluid is the drive and important factor of ice crystal melting is acquired.
