[Objective] Initial research the mechanisms of supplementing qi and nourishing yin soup treat viral myocarditis, [Methods] 60 viral myocarditis eases were collected, random divided into control groups and treat group, Course of treatment were 3~4 weeks, every patient examine CK CK-MB EF LVM SO CO CI IL-2 PFP and evaluate therapeutic effect after and before treatment. [Results] Supplementing qi and nourishing yin soup treat viral myocarditis had statistical significance with EF upgrade, with LVM subside and with LVMI subside (P<0.05), The subside of IL-2 and PFP had statistical significance (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Supplementing qi and nourishing yin soup treat viral myocarditis was utility. Immunifaction mechanism may relate with the subside of IL-2 concentration and PFP express level. |
