Chinese Abstract

採用FDBN柱前衍生高效液相色譜法測定了藏藥材波棱瓜中氨基酸的含量。結果表明,波棱瓜中氨基酸總量為189.4g•kg^(-1),其中8種必需氨基酸含量佔氨基酸總量的33.47%。

English Abstract

Herpetospermum penduculosum is a traditional Tibetan medicinal herb which was widely used in Tibetan medicine, especially used for the treatment of liver disease. Its content of amino acids was determined by HPLC. The results showed that the total content of amino acids was 18.94 g/100g in which the content of 8 essential amino acids was 33.47%.
