| English Abstract |
The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Lespedeza cuneata (Dum-Cours) G. Don were studied and separated by TLC, The result showed: in A3B2C1 conditions, the yield of extracted polysaccharide was 1.24%, two compounds were obtained by TLC and the Rf were 0.65 and 0.55. |
