Chinese Abstract

經單因素和正交試驗優化,靈芝胞外多糖最佳發酵培養基各成分質量分數為:麥芽糖2%,黃荳粉1%,FeSO4•7H2O 0.02%,KH2PO4 0.1%,土豆汁體積分數30%,pH自然,產量可達到86.36g•L^(-1)(濕重)。靈芝胞外多糖產量受發酵過程各因素的影響,發酵過程中pH、總糖、還原糖和氨基氮有一定的相關性。靈芝多糖整個發酵過程需要144h左右,第6d達到發酵終點。

English Abstract

The optimal medium was: maltose 2%, soybean powder 1%, FeSO4•7 H2O 0.02%, KH2PO4 0.1%, potato juice 30%, natural pH. Output was 86.36g•L^(-1) (wet weight). Yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide was affected by a number of factors in fermentation process. The whole fermentation lasted 144 hours and completed in the sixth day.
