研究了超聲波輔助提取褐藻糖膠的新工藝,以“硫酸根+多糖”質量分數作為產品的主要理化指標,得到優化的提取工藝。硫酸根和多糖質量分數分別達到22.49%和36.97%。

English Abstract

Fucoidan was extracted from the brown seaweed by ultrasonic wave assisted extraction. The weight percent of ”sulfate and polysaccharide” reached 22.49% and 36.97%, respectively.
