介紹了光纖雙波長高溫傳感技術的原理;結合焦爐碳化室爐牆溫度測量的現狀,闡述了該技術在焦爐爐牆動態測溫的應用―將光纖動態測溫裝置安裝在焦爐的推焦杆上,在推焦的同時測出碳化室兩邊的爐牆溫度分佈。由於焦爐是冶金工業中最複雜的窯爐,現場環境惡劣,所以著重介紹了該技術為適應工程應用的結構設計和工藝設計。

English Abstract

The principle of dual-wavelength fiber optic sensing (FOS) pyrometer technology and its application on distributed temperature measurement of coking chamber wall in a coke oven are introduced. Four FOS pyrometers are installed in a pusher of pushing machine. When the pusher pushes the coke, the wall distributed temperature is measured. Because the coke oven is the most complicated oven in the metallurgical field, and the environment is very harsh, the structure and technology design of the FOS pyrometer are therefore discussed in detail.
