在吉比特級EPON的突發式接收模塊中,時鐘數據恢復是關鍵技術之一。在對現有幾種時鐘數據恢復技術進行對比研究後,提出一種基於改進比特門控振蕩器的即時鎖定技術。它提升了佔空比區分容限,抑制了時鐘恢復級的數據的抖動,構造出更加適合吉比特級的時鐘數據恢復電路。測試結果表明,對於8B10B碼和偽隨機碼,CDR電路均達到預期的指標要求。

English Abstract

In the burst mode receiver of the G bit EPON system, the clock and data recovery circuit is one of the key technologies. After comparing several CDR (Clock and Data Recovery) circuits, a new clock and data circuit based on the modified gated oscillator is proposed. The proposed circuit improves the duty-cycle variation tolerance, rejects the jitter of input data and has a better performance in the G bit EPON system. Tests show that the circuit operates as desired for 8B10B line code and PRBS.
