The Diagnostic Value of Multi-slice Helical CT Pulmonary Angiography for Detecting Acute Pulmonary Embolism

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(Multi-slice Helical CT MSCT)肺动脉造影在急性肺栓塞诊断中的应用价值。方法 12名临床拟诊急性肺栓塞患者行多层螺旋CT肺动脉造影检查，并行轴面及多平面重建(MPR)。结果 CT诊断肺动脉栓塞8例，共发现肺动脉栓子38处，其中段及段以上栓子28处，亚段及以下5~6级分支10处。发现血栓栓塞血管直径最小者1mm。腔内充盈缺损显示满意。结论 MSCT肺动脉造影对肺动脉主干、亚段及以下5~6级肺栓塞具有很好的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice helical CT pulmonary angiography (MSCTPA) in acute pulmonary embolism (PE). Methods MSCTPA were acquired in 8 patients and the image findings were compared before and after therapy. Results 38 thrombi were found, 28 thrombi were located in segment, 10 thrombi were located in subsegment, the smallest thromba was 1 mm. Conclusion MSCTPA has higher value for detection of pulmonary thrombi of segment and subsegment in PE patients.
