Chinese Abstract

本試驗選用1日齡仙湖鴨48只,隨機均分為6組,其中1~5組為試驗組,第6組為對照組。各試驗組按不同的免疫次數、首免齡期、接種劑量,用鴨疫裏氏桿菌油乳劑滅活疫苗分別作免疫接種,對照組不作接種。各試驗組(包括對照組)在免疫前及免疫後每週採血一次,塗片,用酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)反應方法進行染色,用油鏡檢測計算T、B淋巴細胞百分比值。研究結果表明:無論是2日齡、7日齡或14日齡首免,首次免疫1週後,雛鴨體內都能產生相應的免疫應答,但2日齡免疫應答能力弱,7日齡較強,14日齡最強。兩次免疫的細胞免疫效果比一次免疫效果明顯。

English Abstract

This paper mainly studied the immunity dynamics of the Xianhu Ducks inoculated with inactivated oil-adjuvant vaccine of Riemerella Anatipestifer (RA). 48 1day-old ducklings were randomly divided into 6 groups. The comparison groups (the 1st to 5th groups) were vaccinated with different immune times, different time for the first immunity and different dose individually; the control group was not vaccinated. Acid a-naphthyl acetate asterase (ANAE) was used to tag on the lymphocyte, and the ratio of T lymphocyte to B lymphocyte in pen-blood of all groups was measured. The results indicated that: 1. All ducklings vaccinated first in 2 day-old, 7 day-old or 14 day-old could develop certain immune response 1 week later. The level of immune response was the lowest in the group vaccinated first in 2 day-old and that was the highest in the group vaccinated first in 14 day-old; 2. Twice immunity had better effect than single.
