比較研究了氮磷營養對春小麥水分關係影響的差異。結果表明,土壤乾旱情況下,氮磷營養雖然皆增強了春小麥的滲透調節能力,但由於氮磷營養對作物地上地下部生長的不同進促作用而對作物的水分狀況產生了完全相反的影響。氮營養增強了作物對乾旱的敏感性,使其水勢和相對含水量大幅度下降,蒸騰失水減少,自由水含量增加而束縛水含量減少,並使膜穩定性降低;而磷營養則明顯改善了植株的水分狀況,增大了氣孔導度,降低了其對乾旱的敏感性,增加了束縛水含量,並使膜穩定性增強。

English Abstract

A pot experiment to study the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition on water relation of spring wheat. The result showed that the osmotic adjustment ability of spring wheat leaf was enhanced under soil drought conditions with application of nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen fertilizer increased crop sensitivity to drought because of promoting the shoot growth; leaf water potential and relative water content were decreased, and cell membrane stability was reduced. Phosphorus nutrition, however, decreased crop sensitivity to drought due to promoting the root growth, water status of crop was improved, stomatal conductance and bound water content were increased, and cell membrance stability was enhanced. It is suggested, there are different effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on crop water relation.
