Chinese Abstract

目的:研究完全緩解期急性白血病患者免疫功能的變化,探討IFN-γ、IL-4的水平與患者預後的關係,並為臨床治療提供理論依據。方法:用ELISA方法檢測IFN-γ的水平,用放免方法檢測IL-4的水平。結果:總體上,CR期IFN-γ、IL-4水平接近正常。初治組、短期CR組、中期CR組、長期CR組血清IFN-γ水平依次升高,而IL-4水平依次降低。完全緩解期中IFN-γ與IL-4呈負相關。結論:CR期急性白血病患者隨著時間的延長免疫狀態逐漸恢復。檢測完全緩解期急性白血病患者IFN-γ、IL-4的水平,對於評估患者免疫狀態,判斷病情和預後,提供了重要的理論依據。儘快糾正體液和細胞免疫功能失衡,可能是減少急性白血病復發的新的治療方法。

English Abstract

Objective: To study the change of immune function in the complete remission acute Leakemia patients and explore the relation ship between levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 and prognosis of patients, and provide the theorerical foundation for the clinical chemotherapy. Methods: Levels of IFN-γ was measured by ELISA, and levels of IL-4 was measured by immunological method Results: In general, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 recovered to normal levels in CR patients, The levels of serum IFN-γ in first visit patients and CR short stage group, CR middle stage group and CR long stage group of acute leukemia patients increased successively, but IL-4 decreased successively. In complete remission IFN-γ had negative correlation with IL-4. Conclusion: In complete remission of acute leukemia patients, Along with time extent in CR, the immunological function recoved gradually. Therefore we could estimate immunity state and pragnosis by testing the level of serunm IFN-γ and IL-4 in CR acute leukemia patients, and provide important theropy. If corrected liquid and the loss balance of immunological function sooner, this may provide new chemotherapy way to shorten the recurring of acute leukemia.
