摘要

網路資料的快速成長造成檢索後資訊篩選不易，電子資料庫的種類繁多亦讓使用者必須適應各種不同的介面以及檢索指令，這些都是目前電子資源在檢索上所面臨的問題。身為資訊守門人的圖書館員必須思考這些問題的解決之道，以為使用者提供快速且有效的資訊檢索。因此要如何對眾多的電子資源作知識管理以提供整合後的資源成為圖書館員新的學習課題。本文即從知識管理的角度探討如何透過資訊科技有效的整合電子資源，以提供使用者最佳服務。

The data of the Internet is growing and accumulating fast as well as the electronic databases is producing and progressing variously. We faces not only too many information to select but also too many searching skill to apply. And how to retrieval information efficiently and effectively should be crucial issue in the near future. So that integrates lots of electronic resources through knowledge management become important topic for librarians. This paper addresses that if libraries could use information technology via the concept of open linking to integrate electronic resources effectively then the best service should be provided.
