摘要

公共圖書館「提供無私的服務，不因語文而有差異。」這是聯合國教科文組織公共圖書館宣言（1994）揭示的內容，臺灣地區的公共圖書館已經察覺語文弱勢者的資訊需求，積極提供更完整的資訊服務。本文檢視圖書館的語文政策，以及現行制度，從當代科技的層面指出可行的語文服務

This paper examines the library's language policy, as well as the current system. Indicate the potential language service from the point of contemporary technology.
