國立公共資訊圖書館電子書服務平台使用者滿意度之研究

A Study on User Satisfaction of National Library of Public Information e-Book Online Service

摘要


本研究以網路問卷調查的方式來探討「國立公共資訊圖書館電子書服務平台」之使用、功能、提供的資訊、服務這四個層面的使用者滿意度情形,期望能增進讀者更方便的使用電子書及其相關服務。本研究結論歸納如下:一、「國立公共資訊圖書館電子書服務平台」之使用不受地區限制,利用全國任一公共圖書館之借閱證即可註冊使用。電子書館藏數量逐年增加,會員人數及借閱率亦呈現上升趨勢。電子書借閱種類以生活類為最多,借閱方式則以離線閱覽為主,最常使用電腦閱讀。二、使用者對於「平台使用」之滿意程度以「此平台的連線品質是良好、快速的」為最滿意。三、使用者對於「平台功能」之滿意程度以「瀏覽器視窗直接開啟電子書,閱畢自動歸還之線上閱覽方式」為最滿意。四、使用者對於「平台提供的資訊」之滿意程度以「平台能夠充分地將書名、書影、作者、書籍之數量、可借閱數、預約情形等資料完整的呈現出來」為最滿意。五、使用者對於「平台服務」之滿意程度以「電子書預約服務是有用的」為最滿意。

Due to the advancement in information technology and the application of Internet technology, digital resources are becoming indispensable items in library collections. Building the e-Book platform has become one of the ways to provide e-Book service.The research applies uses Online Survey Questionnaire to collect data from the user of National Library of Public Information e-Book Online Service, and to explore the user satisfaction on the usage, function, information and service of that platform.The results of this study are summarized as follows:National Library of Public Information e-Book Online Service to use without geographical limitations, you can register by any library card of public library. The number of e-Book collections increased year by year, and the members and the lending rate also showed a rising trend.The most satisfied of satisfaction among the use of platform is ”the quality of the connection of this platform.”The most satisfied of satisfaction among the functionality of platform is ”reading e-Books online by browser.”The most satisfied of satisfaction among the provided information of platform is ”the bibliographic of e-Books can be complete presented.”The most satisfied of satisfaction among the service of platform is ”the booking service is useful.”
