The tin-lead alloy (Sn-15 wt.% Pb) and (Sn-37 wt.% Pb) was used as the material to study the effects of different solidification modes and parameters on the microstructure through different experimental conditions. From the experimental results of different initial concentrations, it can be found that the hardness value is higher when the tin concentration is higher. In the portion where the magnetic field is not attracted to the magnet, it can be found that the cross-sectional area is observed. Due to the influence of the magnetic field, the grain size is small in the applied magnet portion, and the intermediate grain size is small and the edge grain size is large.
