Strangulated Mesenteric Hernia in a Child
小兒腸繫膜疝氣：病例報告
摘要
一個2歲女孩因為腹部鈍傷後持續腹痛而到急診室求治。經過檢查後，病童在腹內出血的診斷下接受緊急手術。術中發現病因為先天性腸繫膜缺損而導致內疝氣併發小腸壞死。經還原絞死的小腸後，施行部分小腸切除與吻合的手術。病童於術後第八天開始進食，並於術後第十七天出院，由先天性腸繫膜缺損而導致的內疝氣是相當罕見的病例，我們在此報告此一病例並回顧相關文獻。

A 2-year-old girl was brought to the emergency room because of abdominal pain lasting for half a day following blunt abdominal trauma. Based on the impression of internal bleeding, an emergent laparotomy was performed after fluid resuscitation. Internal herniation with bowel gangrene caused by a mesenteric defect was found. After reduction of the hernia, segmental bowel resection with end-to-end anastomosis was performed. The post-operative course was uneventful, the patient began oral feeding on the eighth post-operative day and was discharged on the seventeenth postoperative day. Internal herniation caused by a mesenteric defect is a very rare clinical entity. We report this case and review the literature.
