Intraspinal Cystic Lesion from Intervertebral Disc – A Case Report

The presented case is a patient with cystic lesion of L4/L5 disc lower margin, mainly on the left side. The cyst was 1.1 cm in diameter with approximately 0.5 ml straw-colored fluid. There was a stalk connecting the cyst to the intervertebral disc. One were not found in the English literature.
