摘要

近年來消費者環保意識抬頭，環保聲浪日漸提高，各國不斷提出各項環保要求，期望地球的永續發展及給全人類一個乾淨的生活空間。台灣亦受到此國際環境保護潮流的影響，各行各業開始積極的因應。本研究將探討國內外旅館業環境管理之相關文獻，同時，藉由對台北地區民眾實施問卷調查，探討其對於旅館業環境管理系統的接受程度，所得之結論將提供台灣旅館業在擬定環境管理政策時之參考。

Consumers have become increasingly aware of importance of environmental issues and, consequently, their environmental protection activities have increased dramatically. This study focuses on illustrating Environmental Management System (EMS) of hospitality industry, and creating a survey that is effected by questionnaires permitting respondents to rate the degree of public acceptance of EMS of hospitality industry in Taipei area. The result of the survey will be a reference to assisting Taiwan hospitality industry in effective implementing environmental management policies.
