Chinese Abstract

預鑄結構體的生命週期來看,良好的建築結構設計除了規劃設計之外,預鑄混凝土廠於廠區預鑄成品時,除了材料、設備和施工為構成建築結構體單元成品極為重要外,並將節能減碳導入預鑄混凝土廠做進一步提升品質水準,將此課題當成本研究的主軸,透過對預鑄建築混凝土廠更深入的了解,並導入碳足跡盤查統計及降低排碳的能源節省成本策略;作為論文研究的主要方向。為了探討預鑄混凝土廠之成品的節能減碳之效益,分析建築混凝土預鑄相關的資料,透過混凝土預鑄於建築結構的生命週期系統建置的概念,研擬出一套專屬於預鑄系統使用最佳節能減碳的預鑄混凝土材料,以供業界對於未來建築結構的生命週期維護及整建經費的比較排序,以便在往後的材料運用及選擇時將可以更客觀與合理的回饋給營運者。

English Abstract

Looking to precast structure of life cycle, being good design in addition to the planning and design of building structures, when precast concrete plant precast products, materials, equipment and construction of a building structure unit of the finished product. All of these element are very important and the energy conservation and carbon reduction import precast concrete plant for improving quality to further level, It will be the main subject in this research Through better understanding of concrete precast factory, we can use technology of import carbon foot machine statistics and reduce carbon emissions; As the main direction of research papers. In order to discuss the energy conservation and carbon reduction benefits of product- finished from precast concrete plant. By using the concept of precast concrete in life cycle of construction, it will create the best way to save energy in carbon reduction of precast concrete material. Through this research will be able to concrete precast plant in different work of concrete material information, and the follow-up will be more than the annual data diagram of establishing the integrity or maintenance decision-making reference. For the industry, the maintenance of structure of the life cycle in the future, and fixed funds are sortable and comparative. Therefore, the used and choices of materials would be more objective and reasonable to feedback to the operators in the future.
