台灣地區有百分之七十屬於山坡地,而台北市由於都會化較早,平地開發面積趨於飽和後轉往山坡地發展,山坡地住宅及道路的安全由於人口逐漸密集顯得格外重要,本研究期以早期發現坡地變形潛勢為目標,利用遙測方法進行偵測,現行方法屬影像判釋搭配現地勘查外,尚可利用遙感技術方法探測地表變形趨勢,運用於潛在大規模崩塌調查、坡體變形、地表沉陷、地震變形觀測、火山變形觀測、礦區地表沉陷觀測等,取得長期變形趨勢,本研究利用差分干涉合成孔徑雷達分析技術針對可能的變異邊坡進行多時序調查及分析,獲得地表變形趨勢,配合現勘方法與觀測資料比對分析,利用斜坡單元中變形點位數量與變形量,進行坡地潛勢分級,為了解臺北市潛在崩塌地表變形可能性,以遙測技術對調查區進行2017年至2020年間之觀測,分析後之成果經比對監測儀器與現場勘查,結果尚屬合理。

English Abstract

Seventy percent of the Taiwan area is slope land. However, due to the early development of Taipei City, the development area of the bare site tends to be crowded and turned to slope land for development. The safety of hillside houses and roads is critical due to the increasing population density. The objective is to discover the deformation potential of slopes and use remote sensing methods to detect landslides in the early stage. The current techniques are image interpretation combined with field surveys. Remote sensing techniques can detect surface deformation trends, such as potential large-scale landslide investigations, slope deformation, surface subsidence, seismic deformation observation, volcanic deformation observation, mining area subsidence observation, etc. This study uses differential interferometric synthetic aperture radar analysis technology to conduct a multi-temporal investigation and analyze possible variable slopes to get surface deformation trends to obtain long-term deformation trends. Conjunction with the comparison and analysis of current survey methods and observation data has been executed. The number of deformed points and deformation amount has been used with the slope unit to classify slope potential. To understand the potential landslides in Neihu, Taipei City, the study area was conducted in 2017 with remote measurement technology. The observation and analysis results between 2017 and 2020 are compared with monitoring instruments and field surveys, and the results are reasonable.
