An Optimal Production Model for Disposing Excessive Deteriorating Stocks

回收處理超額損耗性庫存之最佳生產模式

摘要


本研究旨在發展一個處理超額損耗性存貨之最佳生產模式。目的是在最大純益目標下之生產系統,決定存貨保留額度;並顯示在特定回收價格與損耗率之下,應將多少的超額庫存做回收處理。本文以相關的數值範例作爲所得理論之分析與說明,更進一步推展得出超額庫存量之最小經濟回收價格,即超額庫存在此價格以下應予全數保留。

This study develops an optimal production model for disposing excessive deteriorating stocks. The objective is to determine the inventory retention levels to maximize the net benefit of the production system, and demonstrate the optimal salvage units to be disposed of at a certain salvage price and deterioration rate. Numerical examples are presented to exemplify the theory. We have also shown that all units of a given item should be retained if the salvage price is less than or equal to the minimum economic salvage value.
