Normally, six sigma project costs a lot of money and time for conducting its training programs and product's quality improvement process. In my opinion, like other quality improvement techniques, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Zero Defect (ZD), etc., six sigma should be custom-made for its application. Organization who adopted this skill should combine it with organizational business process to improve product's quality for the unique purpose of creating revenue. Due to the educational level in Taiwan, organization can skip the boring six sigma training process, make more efforts on the business process improvement activities, this article shows some personal experiences.
