以KANO的二維品質模式觀點探討某技職院校夜間進修學生教育品質

Education Quality of Technology College Students' in Night School Applied by KANO two-dimensional Quality Model

摘要


由於終身學習已是世界趨勢,而夜間進修的學生數在技職院校中,已佔有相當的比重,因此本研究運用Kano模式了解某技職院校夜間進修學生之教育需求,分析不同的研究對象對各項教育品質需求的差異性;另依據學生對教育品質要項滿意指標得分的高低,進行教育品質屬性歸類;將研究結果提供作為教育改善之參考,以提高夜間進修學生之學習品質。 由研究中發現不同族群別(性別、部別、學制別、年級)對教育品質的特性,在Kano二維品質模式上會有不同的品質屬性歸類,對教育品質要素的看法會有顯著性的差異。

Learning continually is the trends of the world. The number of night school students has a certain portion in technology colleges and universities. The paper is applied Kano model to understand demand of night school students. According to different students' attributes, we tend to understand their variances in education quality demand. Students are clustered by their grades of satisfaction indicators. The research findings are important information to education improvement and to increase student learning quality. There are significant difference among different levels' students are also caused different classification of quality attributes.
