摘要

本實驗以Ames測試和鼷鼠骨髓細胞微核測試進行台灣金線連及闊葉大豆（金門產－條根）水粗萃取物致突變作用。兩個實驗的結果顯示台灣金線連及闊葉大豆水粗萃取物沒有基因毒性。

The aqueous extracts of Anoectochilus formosanus (AFE) and Glycine tomentella (GTE) were tested for mutagenicity in the Ames test and micronucleus test in bone marrow cells of mice. The results of two experiments indicated that both AFE and GTE had no genotoxicity.
