隨著生活環境的日益惡化,都市永續發展已成為都市規劃與管理中非常重要的議題之一。而在以往相關研究中,大多偏向以總體的觀點來探討個別都市或社區之永續性,較缺乏都市內部永續性狀況之研究。為彌補此種研究上的缺失,本文乃進行有關都市內部空間永續性結構的探討,藉由擬定適於探討都市永續性結構之指標系統,並結合多變量分析與地理資訊系統,進行都市永續性空間結構的探討。研究過程中以台南市為例,研究結果顯示12個永續性因子在台南市區呈現同心圓、多核心、塊狀跳躍式、單核心與單核心放射狀之5種結構型態,進一步可將台南市區分為12個永續發展群落。全文最終並依各個群落之發展特質與課題,進行永績發展改善方向的建議,提供「因地制宜」的經營管理策略,期盼對都市永續發展有所助益。

English Abstract

Since the quality of living environment has been decreasing, the urban sustainable development becomes one of the most important issues of urban planning and management. Most of the existing urban sustainable development studies focused either on the overall condition of a whole city or individual community, thus, the internal urban sustainable is largely ignored. In order to bridge this gap, this study analyzes the internal urban sustainable development. In this study, we first established a sustainable development indicator system. According to the characters of urban sustainable development multivariate analysis and geographic information system where then applied to analyze the sustainable structure. Taiwan City was chosen as the case study area to illustrate the analysis procedures of the whole methodology. The results revealed 12 sustainable factors in the development of Taiwan City, they can be divided as 5 sustainable spatial patterns as, Concentric circles, Multiplecores, Scattered, Single circles and hub-and-spoke shaped. Furthermore, the spatial development of Taiwan can be divided as 12 sustainable clusters with the results. Finally, suggestions pertaining to the appropriate development directions and monitoring measures were made to each sustainable cluster, according to each of their local condition. It is hoped that these suggestions will benefit the sustainable development of the city.
