Chinese Abstract

本文透過都市街廓透天住宅用電與街廓型態之相關解析,掌握都市透天住宅區的用電預測模式,希望能藉此邁入都市能源解析之目的。藉由建築用電資料調查,進行台南市住宅區街廓的透天住宅用電分析,經過試調查評估之後,擇定台南市四期重劃區內之27處街廓共1,386戶透天樣本,其中有效樣本達599戶。研究結果顯示,透天住宅之平均單位樓地板用電全年達33.29度/m2年。以平均用電密度而言,2F建築物為5F建築物之1.56倍;以方位別而言,面西的透天住宅平均耗電為面北的1.33倍。透天住宅之平均空調用電約佔全用電之15.56%;此外,在住宅區街廓之透天住宅用電預測方面,依本文開發之簡易試算方式預測,在純住宅用途的透天街廓方面,平均預測數據之誤差率約為10.14%~15.62%,而預測之數據相對於實際數據的相關性達0.78。而長軸向為東西向的街廓,其街廓內的住宅用電,確實比南北向的街廓節省,以本文取樣的街廓平均為例,節省用電可達12.89%。本文希望依此都市住宅節能與都市街廓之關係,提供都市街廓節能規劃之參考。

English Abstract

For the purpose of analyzing urban energy consumption, this paper focuses on the development of the prediction model for electricity consumption in urban residential area through correlation analysis between urban residential blocks and its characteristics. The research investigates through 27 residential blocks with a total of 1386 residential town houses in Tainan, Taiwan. Among them, 599 houses are useful samples. The conclusions are as follows. 1.The annual whole average electricity consumption per floor area is 33.29 kWh/m2‧yr. 2.With respect to the eletricity consumption density, the two story building is 1.56 times larger than the building with five stories. Considering azimuth, the west-facing houses are 1.33 times the average electricity consumption of those facing north. 3.The whole air-conditining electricity consumption accounts for 15.56% of the total. Besides, the research also developed a simplified prediction model for electricity consumption of residential blocks. For pure residential buildings, the deviation of average predicted data is about 10.14% to 15.62% and the coefficient of relevance is up to 0.78 among the predicted and the real data. The electricity consumption of residential blocks with west-east major axis is truly less than that of north-south axis. According to the average value among the research samples, the amount of the energy saving can reach 12.89%. With energy saving respective, this research can be regarded as a reference to the street block design in urban planning.
