The tailoring industry in Taiwan is facing with competition of global market. The purpose of this study is to present evidence that the innovation management effect on competitive advantage. This research used single case study method to discuss the innovation management effect on the competitive advantage, and the practicality of the innovation management is demonstrated through Makalot to show how to focalize core competence of OEM in the globalization market. This study discovered that the OEM industry could use the innovation strategy, helping the enterprise to rediscover its core competence in the niche of the global supply chain.
