子宮頸糜爛到底需不需要治療，這個問題爭議已久。經過實證醫學討論，應該就從其潛在疾病來處置。感染就針對感染的病原來治療，癌前病變就針對目前的指引來處置，臨床上「子宮頸糜爛」一詞不應再被使用。 |
| English Abstract |
Cervical erosion is an anachronism and should be abandoned. The term of cervical ectopy might be a better choice. Since cervical ectopy is a transient situation, frequently secondary to fluctuation of hormones, if absence of associated underlying diseases, no further treatment is recommended. |
