合併兩種良性頭頸部腫瘤之Wegener氏肉芽腫
Wegener's Granulomatosis Coexisting with Two Different Benign Head and Neck Tumors
摘要
Wegener氏肉芽腫爲一主要侵犯上下呼吸道及腎臟之全身壞死性血管炎。本院經歷1名73歲男性患者，爲一典型之Wegener氏肉芽腫且合併有兩種良性頭頸部腫瘤的存在。合併存在其他頭頸部腫瘤可能會造成此種罕見疾病的誤診且延誤治療，故需臨床醫師細心根據病情作鑑別診斷，且取得足量病理標本作正確判斷。

Wegener's granulomatosis is a systemic necrotizing vasculitis involving the upper and lower airways and kidneys. We reported a 73-year-old male who presented with typical symptoms of Wegener's granulomatosis coexisting with two different benign head and neck tumors (nasal inverted papilloma and parotid Warthin's tumor). The coexistence of head and neck tumors may cause misdiagnosis of this rare disease and delay treatment. Taking a detailed patient history and harvesting adequate specimens for pathological diagnosis could be helpful to prevent misdiagnosis.
