Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign neoplasm of the salivary gland. It is most commonly described in the parotid and minor salivary glands. Pleomorphic adenoma arising from the nasopharynx is quite uncommon and only few cases have been reported in the English literature. We herein report the case of a 36-year-old woman diagnosed of pleomorphic adenoma in the nasopharynx. It was resected via an endoscopic approach in January, 2008. She has no clinical evidence of recurrence after 18 months of follow-up. Minimal invasive endoscopic resection is considered to be a safe and effective method in treating nasopharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma.
