玻璃體切除後之交感性眼炎－病例報告
Sympathetic Ophthalmia Following Pars Plana Vitrectomy-Case Report
摘要
交感性眼炎是內眼手術後一種少見而重要的併發症，發生在玻璃體切除術後極為罕見，在玻璃體切除術日漸普遍之下，是一個值得注意的併發症。本篇報告一例72歲男性，因右眼玻環體混濁，接受玻璃體切除術與晶體摘除術，手術當中有脈絡膜剝離，術後發生無菌性內眼炎；手術後5個月發生交感性眼炎，給予類固醇治療並行右眼眼球摘除術後症狀消失，但3個月後再度復發，特提出討論。

Sympathetic ophthalmia is a rare but catastrophic complication of intraocular surgery. With the rapid increase in the use of pars plana virectomy, it is an important complication to that we must pay more attention. We report a 72 years old male patient who received pars plana vitrectomy and lens extraction on right eye due to vitreous opacity. Five months later, Sympathetic ophthalmia developed. Steroid was given and right eye enucleation was performed, then symptoms and signs subscided. But Sympathetic ophthalmia recurred three months after discharge.
