摘要


經濟部礦務局對於天然災害發生時的礦場保安應變有明確的作業及通報程序,為能更有效提升礦場保安作業流程效率,本研究開發提供天然災害示警服務的對話機器人,命名為礦場光明燈。礦場光明燈根據人機互動的特性設計,主要功能包含:主動推播及資料查找功能。推播功能可依照防災需求進行天然災害示警服務,主動提供特定資訊給使用者;資料查詢可分為氣象、防災情資、法規與文件等內容,使用者可透過選單或輸入關鍵字等方式,進行資料的檢索。本研究發現導入礦場光明燈可有效的提升天然災害通報程序,讓使用者能更即時的獲得及查詢所需要的防災資料,進行防災資訊交流及探索。

The Bureau of Mines of the Ministry of Economic Affairs instituted clear procedures about information delivery of mine safety during natural disasters. To improve the efficiency of mine safety procedures, this study has developed Mine's Light, a chatbot of natural disaster alert service. Mine's Light is designed based on human-computer interaction, featuring notification and retrieval of natural disaster decision-support information. The notification feature sends customized announcements to related personnel following the requirement of disaster management. The retrieval feature provides information about weather, disaster preparedness and response, regulations, and documents for users to query information by clicking menus or texting keywords. This study found that Mine's Light improves the efficiency of natural disaster information delivery procedures by featuring real-time notification and retrieval for users to obtain the required information.
