整合灰關聯分析與感性工學於產品設計開發

Developing Product Design Using Integrated Grey Relational Analysis and Kansei-Engineering

摘要


在高度競爭的全球市場中,企業面臨商品上市的時間壓力與產品生命週期日益縮短等問題。如何加速設計時間、提高產品品質與降低開發成本,成爲強化企業競爭力的重要議題。本研究整合感性工學(Kansei Engineering, KE)與灰色關聯分析(grey relational analysis)來建構系統化之產品設計程序,開發出契合市場需求之商品。研究中先利用設計意象尺度分析法(design image scale analysis)找出最佳設計參數,再以感性工學建立消費者心理需求與設計參數間的關係,進一步發展出設計構想,最後以灰關聯分析求解最佳之設計策略。本文提出的灰色理論與感性工學爲架構之系統設計程序,可有效提升設計品質及縮短產品開發前置時間,有助於提昇企業之競爭力。

In today's highly competitive market place and global market environment, improvement in product's quality, toabridge the development time and reducing the production cost are effective methods for promoting the businesscompetitiveness of a product in shorter and shorter life-cycles. Since the design process is the best time to control theabove mentioned parameters, how to systematic design processing to develop a product that more closely fits thedemand requirements for the market is a key factor for developing a successful product. In the paper, a combinedkansei engineering method and grey relational analysis is used to develop a product design process in this article.Firstly, the design image scale technology to acquire the best the design criterion factors, and then the kanseiengineering method is used to set the relationships between the customer needs and the production factors. Finally, grey relational analysis is used to select optimal the design strategy. This systematic design method, a higher qualityproduct can be expanded in a shorter lead-time for improving business competition.
