摘要


本文在對企業品質文化建設關鍵影響因素進行識別的基礎上,採用結構方程模型分析了這些因素之間相互作用的路徑和效應,以及這些因素對品質文化建設成效的影響,以期為企業進行品質文化建設的決策和開展品質文化建設活動提供參考依據。研究結果表明,品質文化建設關鍵影響因素包括領導、戰略、組織支援三個系統因素和教育培訓、溝通、行為規範與制度建設、員工士氣促進四個過程,其中四個過程緊密相關,合稱為品質文化建設促進過程。領導對戰略和組織支援有顯著的直接正向影響,並通過戰略對組織支援有間接正向影響,同時通過戰略和組織支援對促進過程有顯著的間接正向影響,領導通過品質文化建設的所有其他系統因素和過程對建設成效有顯著的間接正向影響。戰略對組織支援和促進過程有顯著的直接正向影響,同時通過組織支援對促進過程有顯著的間接正向影響,通過組織支援和促進過程對品質文化建設成效有顯著的間接正向影響。組織支援對促進過程有顯著的直接正向影響,並通過促進過程對品質文化建設成效有顯著的間接正向影響。促進過程對品質文化建設成效有顯著的直接正向影響。

On the basis of identifying the key factors of corporate quality culture development, the interaction path and effects between these factors as well as their impacts on quality culture development performance were analyzed using structural equation modeling, expect to provide a reference for enterprises to make a strategic decision of quality culture development and start the construction activities. The results show that the key factors include three system factors of leadership, strategy and organizational support, and four process factors of education & training, communication, norms & institutional construction and employee morale-boosting. Among these factors, the four process factors are closely related and can be collectively referred to as promote process. Leadership has a significant direct positive impact on strategy and organizational support respectively, has an indirect positive impact on organizational support through strategy, and has a significant indirect positive impact on the promotion process through strategy and organizational support, while has a significant indirect positive impact on quality culture development performance through all other system factors and process factors. Strategy has a significant direct positive impact on organization support and promotion process, has a significant indirect positive impact on quality culture development performance through organization support and promotion process, and has a significant indirect positive impact on promotion process through organizational support. Organization support has a significant indirect positive impact on quality culture development performance through promotion process, and has a significant direct impact on promotion process. Promote process has a significant direct positive impact on quality culture development performance.
