The general problem of this research explored the effects of flexibility in adapting strategies on Chinese student pilots' self-reported stress. Stress played an important role in human sensing, perception, and leaning. Individuals varied in their emotional response to the same stressor. The reaction was influenced by the student pilots' prior-knowledge and processes that monitor other thought processes such as attention, memory, comprehension. This research also explored that the training program facilitated the student-pilots to decrease their high levels of stress contributing to effective learning.
