摘要

廿一世紀是知識掛帥的時代，在此趨勢下「智慧資本」成爲組織競爭優勢的主要來源。因此，知識管理、知識社群與組織學習的議題已受到企業、政府及國軍的重視。本研究以含括國防相關的航空工業股份公司等個案爲研究對象，從「組織學習觀點探討知識社群運作模式」的研究，進行探討。目的爲探討組織學習對知識社群的知識分享模式。爲達研究目的採質性研究取向。研究方法則以「文獻分析法」和「多重個案研究法」進行。而資料的收集採「文件分析」、「觀察法」及「深度訪談法」方式。最後，依「三角驗證法」、「受訪者檢定」等原則，確保本研究的品質。本研究結論確立知識社群的知識分享與組織學習二者互爲影響；從「組織學習循環」觀點，是組織加速知識創新的關鍵。

The twenty-first century is dominated by knowledge. Intellectual Capital is the most important trend and competitive advantage. In consequence, the issue of knowledge management, knowledge communities, has been took account of organizational learning by the company, government, and military. The objects of the study are Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation and an enterprise. The author clarifies ”Research on the knowledge community's operation model on the viewpoint of organizational learning.” The main purpose of this study is to probe knowledge community's knowledge sharing operation model in the view of organizational learning. In this study, the author employed a qualitative research approach, a literature review, and a multi-case study of documentation analysis, observations, and in-depth interviews. Finally, triangulation and member checking were used during the study to ensure quality. The conclusion of the study is that both knowledge sharing and organizational learning interact in knowledge communities. The concept of an ”organizational learning cycle” accelerates the innovation of knowledge in companies.
