社區老年人健康促進行爲及其相關因素的探討－以高雄市三民區老人爲例

摘要

本研究以高雄市三民區65歲以上老年人共500名，以結構式問卷調查社區老人健康促進行爲及其相關因素。研究結果顯示：(1)健康促進行爲經由因素分析後共萃取出五個因素，分別命名爲心理健康、睡眠、飮食執行、照顧系統利用及自我照顧行爲。健康決控重心經由因素分析後共萃取出兩個因素，分別命名爲內控型健康決控重心及外控型健康決控重心，(2)在各項健康促進行爲中，以自我照顧行爲的得分百分比最低，僅爲52.7%，(3)不同人口特性資料在各項健康促進行爲得分有顯著差異。心理健康、睡眠及自我照顧行爲得分與內控型及外控型健康決控重心得分呈顯著正相關，(4)以逐步複回歸分析，人口特性資料及健康決控重心可顯著解釋心理健康、睡眠、照顧系統利用及自我照顧行爲，解釋的變異量爲3.18%至16.21。

The purpose of this study was to explore the health promotion behaviors and related factors in the elderly. A structured questionnaire was administered to five hundred elderly individuals aged 65 and over. The results indicated the following: (1) five factors were extracted from Health Promotion Behavior (HPB) scale, which were mental health, sleep, diet practice, use of health care system and self care. Two factors, internal Health Locus of Control (HLC) and external HLC were extracted from the HLC scale; (2) the self care subscale of HPB, which had the lowest proportional scores, was only 52.7%; (3) demographic variables differed significantly in HPB subscale scores. Mental health, sleep and self care scores correlated significantly with internal and external HLC scores; (4) stepwise multiple regression revealed that demographic variables and HLC accounted for variance between 3.18% and 16.21% in the mental health, sleep, use of health care system and self care subscales.
