稀釋油選擇對油泥回收處理研討

摘要


溶解度參數定義為(δ≡△E/V)1/2,代表某物質分子間凝聚能密度大小量測,利用其對溶質與溶劑二者若相近,呈互溶混合理論,可供作油泥回收處理,選擇稀釋劑之參考指標。 原油的單、多成份餾份包括柴油及重油餾份,可分由代表石臘性特性值K,H/C與其溶解度參數δ關係,即δ=15.89-0.68K,及δ=10.89-1.60H/C等公式算得。如原油槽柏油精基油泥油份δ值為9.0,選用輕質媒裂循環油(LCO)為8.58,當作油份回收稀釋劑較普柴7.81為佳;相對的如石臘基油泥回收處理,則普柴較佳等實例得作合理解說。

The solubility parameter(δ≡△E/V)1/2 means the cohesive energy density of the composed molecule. In the themodynamic mixing theory, if both the solute and solvent have the same or close δ value, they will be spontaneously mixed together. So it can be used as an index for solvent selection. For the δ measurement of hydrocarbons, either single component or its heavy cuts, the following two methods can be applied well including LCO and asphaltene: (1) From the relationship of δ and α Watson characterization factor K δ = 15.89 – 0.68 K (2) The relationship of δ and H/C δ = 10.89-1.60H/C
