學科專家參考諮詢系統研究:以中國科學院國家科學圖書館為例

Subject Specialist Librarian Reference System: A Case Study of National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Science

摘要


面臨網路時代讀者諮詢服務模式之變遷與創新,本文以中國大陸的中國科學院國家科學圖書館之創新服務工程為個案研究之切入點,並探討學科專家之起源及網路時代學科專家諮詢服務之特色。中國科學院是全中國大陸最大及最高的學術研究機構,其圖書館為配合母機構創新發展之需求進行整體組織的轉型與革新。於2006年組建中國科學院國家科學圖書館,整合四個院級文獻情報機構,進行整體的知識服務改造工程。而讀者服務部門更推出學科館員服務,提供多元的一線服務包含館藏建設、用戶調查並與用戶充分互動,及提供網路、在線及臨櫃服務。利用網路的即時性與便利性,中國科學院國家科學圖書館充分地整合全院學科館員之學術資源,提供各學科資訊服務及滿足全院學術研究之需求,成功達成網路時代學科館員之任務。

This research conducts a case study of National Science Library, affiliated to Chinese Academy of Science, to discuss the operations and characteristics of subject specialist librarian reference system in the digital era. Initiating an online subject librarian reference system since June 2006, National Science Library has integrated four branch libraries and launched a variety of innovative projects to meet the academy's research needs. To construct a complete set of knowledge service models, subject librarians have dedicated themselves to collection development, surveyed specific needs of users, and offered efficient instructions to fully interact with users. This project eventually proves to be a big success.
