一般管理領域熱門研究議題分析

國內管理科學的研究日益興盛，從事管理科學研究的學者也日益增多。從研究經費的數據來看，近年來每年國家科學委員會通過審核，投入於管理科學之學術研究補助金額所費不貲。本文希望能透過對台灣近五年(2001-2005)的國科會計畫案件的主題分析，以及近三年（2003-2005年）國際上重要學術期刊的研究議題之探討，對台灣管理學學者研究議題做進一步的了解，並對國際上管理學界的趨勢與前瞻性研究議題進行分析。此分析結果不僅希望能成為國科會在鼓勵高品質研究時評量的一個依據，也希望能成為國內管理學研究者思考未來研究方向的一個參考。

Over the past few years, the domestic researches on the field of management science have been prospering and it has also given rise to the thriving of academic scholars in this field. By observing the research funding statistics, the recent yearly research funding approved and granted by the National Science Council (NSC) has been very considerable. In order to obtain a better understanding of the research subjects attracted to the Taiwanese general management scholars as well as to analyze the trend and potential themes in the international management domain, this paper aims to investigate on the topics of academic research projects approved by NSC between 2001~2005 as well as study the major subjects considered by the top tier international academic journals between 2003~2005. The results of this study not only we hope it could be served as an evaluation basis for NSC to ensure high quality academic research but also to provide a potential research guide for the local scholars in the arena.
