有效微生物之分離與除臭試驗

Isolation of Effective Microorganisms and the Odor Elimination Tests

摘要


本研究從堆肥、土壤、市售鮮奶及優酪乳等材料分離具除臭效果之有效微生物,包括類放線菌及類乳酸菌屬,再進行除臭試驗及菌種鑑定,鑑定項目包括菌株特性、細胞壁成份分析,菌株醣類利用及電子顯微鏡觀察等。鑑定分析結果與Actinobase及International Journal of Systematic Bacteriology比對,得到類放線菌株CNCF9爲Streptomyces variabilis菌種。類乳酸菌株以乳酸菌快速鑑定套組(API 50CHL)進行鑑定,得到與Pediococcus pentosaceus及Lactobacillus para. paracasei等菌種具高相似度之乳酸菌株,包括Pediococcus pentosaceus CNCM28及Lactobacillus para. paracasei CNCL1等菌株已被鑑定。

In this study, several Actinomyces and lactic acid bacteria-like strains were isolated from soil, compost, milk or yogurt. These cultures were examined for strain identification and odor elimination tests. Strain identifications included were Gram staining, morphology, cell wall composition analysis, catalase reaction, carbon sources utilization and electron microscopic examinations. The strain Streptornyces variabilis CNCF9 was identified after compared the identification results with the Actinobase and International Journal of Systematic Bacteriology. The lactic acid bacteria-like strains were further identified with API 50 CHL test kit. The identification results obtained showed that some strains have high similarities with Pediococcus pentosaceus and Lactobaciltus para. paracasei. The strains Pediococcus pentosaceus CNCM28 and Lactobacillus para. paracasei CNCL 1 were identified.
