高中(職)田徑教練領導行為之研究

Study on the Leadership Behavior of Track and Field Coaches in Senior High (Vocational) Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討高中(職)田徑選手知覺教練領導行為之差異,以高中(職)291位田徑選手為研究對象,並以「高中(職)田徑教練領導行為調查量表」為研究工具進行調查,再依調查所蒐集之資料,以單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)及薛費氏法(Scheffe's method)等統計方法處理,結果發現: (一)高中(職)田徑選手知覺的教練領導行為,依序為:訓練與指導行為、獎勵行為、關懷行為、民主行為及專制行為。 (二)高中(職)田徑選手知覺其教練領導行為,「性別」及「學校別」變項在訓練與指導行為、民主、關懷、獎勵及整體領導行為等向度有顯著差異;「訓練年數」變項在民主和專制行為向度有顯著差異;「最高成就」變項在訓練與指導、民主、獎勵及整體領導行為等向度有顯著差異。

In this study, we intended to characterize the consciousness of track and field athletes toward the leadership behavior of their respective coaches in senior high schools and vocational schools of equivalent level. “Scale of leadership behavior for track and field coaches in senior high school” was employed for the survey. Sample included 291 athletes who are currently enrolled in senior high and vocational schools. After statistical analysis with ANOVA and the Scheffe’s method, the following results were obtained: 1. Leadership behaviors of the coaches that have been recognized by these high school athletes include training and instructions, positive feedback, social support, demoncratic behavior, and the autocratic behavior. 2.Gender” and “school” play important roles in recognizing training and instructions, democratic behavior, social support, positive feedback, and integral leading behavior. “Training year” has significant effect in discriminating democratic and autocratic behaviors. “Ultimate achievement” is also important in recognizing leadership behaviors, including training and instruction, democratic, positive feedback, and integral leading behaviors.
