在亞奧運正式比賽中之鐵人三項51.5公里的全程比賽過程中,以關門時間內進入終點為導向的完成型選手,與追求佳績和角逐名次為取向的競賽型選手不同,對於完成型選手而言,處理比賽中遇到的各種困難狀況絕非易事,因此本文旨在探究他們在比賽中解決困難的技術實踐過程。藉由在書籍、雜誌、部落格中經常可見鐵人三項比賽經驗的陳述,來分析選手的技術實踐經驗。根據分析結果發現完成型選手比賽中的技術困難,主要來自環境、人我和自我這三種面向,許多技術實踐對競賽型選手來說輕鬆簡單,但在完成型選手身上卻出現不少困難,他們在挑戰技術困難的實踐過程中,牽引出生動的覺知並觸發了不凡的感受,這些活潑奇特的技術實踐感知,不僅為選手的競賽經驗增添色彩,也凸顯出該項運動引人入勝的魅力。
In the process of 51.1-kilometer triathlon competition, there is a difference between the completion-oriented contestants aiming for finishing the competition within a deadline and the competition-oriented contestants pursuing the best result and ranking. For a completion-oriented contestant, it is never facile to deal with various challenging situations in competitions. This paper attempts to study these contestants' skill practice and problem-solving process in the competitions. This goal of article is to analyze the contestants' skill practice experiences via the narratives of triathlon competition experience found in books, magazines and blogs. For those completion-oriented contestants, the difficulty of competition lies in three key issues of environment, people and ego. For the competition-oriented contestants, some problem-solving skills seem to be facile while it is a highly-challenged process of skill practice for the completion-oriented contestants. In this process of challenge, the contestants bring out the vivid awareness and inspire extraordinary feeling. The active and unique awareness of skill practice not only adds a colorful touch of contestants' competition experiences but also emphasizes the charismas of triathlon.
