運用灰關聯分析於營造業重大職災不安全行為致因之研究

Applying Grey Relational Analysis to Unsafe Behavior Causes of Construction Industry Accidents

摘要


探討營造業重大職災不安全行為之致因,將有助於降低營造工程由於不安全行為引發之職災率,本研究資料來源採摘自勞工安全衛生研究所營造業重大職災知識平台所載的職災統計資料。因職災事故是無法預知,而具有灰色特性,故本文運用灰色系統理論中的灰色關聯分析方法,建立了營造業重大職災不安全行為致因的灰關聯分析模型,該模型可為營造業職業安全衛生管理提供依據,讓營造業主瞭解致災因素,致力於危害預防重點工作之管理,以降低營造業勞工生命財產的威脅。

To explore the unsafe behavior causes of construction industry accidents is helpful in reducing the possibility of occupational accidents in construction work. The data were collected from the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, Council of Labor Affairs. Since the occupational accidents are unpredictable, they are closely related to grey characteristics. Based on Grey System Theory, this paper establishes an analysis model for the causes of unsafe behavior in Construction Industry accidents using a grey relational analysis. The present model provides a scientific basis for the management of occupational safety and hygiene in construction industry. The construction industry proprietors are supposed to recognize the reasons causing the accidents so as to devote themselves in the management of preventing hazards, reducing the threat to the labors' live and properties in construction industry.
