旅客與旅行業者對旅遊相關法令之認知研究

本研究針對旅客及旅行業者本身對旅遊相關法令的認知，探討於現實旅遊市場中，旅行業者及旅客對於旅遊相關法令及自身權益的認知情況為何？而旅客與旅行業者兩者之間對真實旅遊相關法令的認知是否有差距，是旅客亦或旅行業者對相關法令之權益較瞭解？故針對大台北地區之旅行業者及過去一年內曾有出國經驗之旅客為研究對象。研究結果顯示旅客及旅行業者對於相關法令的認知與真實法令狀態有差異；而旅客與旅行社業者之間對旅遊相關法令認知亦有差異存在。期以此研究成果作為旅遊相關單位在作修定或執行法令工作時之參考。

To serve as a reference for revision and execution of the laws and regulations related to traveling, this study investigated passengers and travel agencies' awareness of laws and regulations for traveling in the market, particularly their awareness of their own interests given by laws and the regulations, the difference between them in the degree of awareness, and which them have the better understanding on these interests. In this study, travel agencies and passengers who had overseas travel experience during the past one year were chosen as object of study and the result of the study concluded that their awareness of the laws and regulations did match with the laws and regulations in effect and there is a difference on degree of awareness between them.
