國家公園的設立是為了保存珍貴的生態環境與稀有物種,依其設立目標國家公園之經濟價值同時包含使用與非使用價值,為探討影響太魯閣國家公園願付價值之影響因素,本研究以條件評估法模擬假設市場,以捐款為支付工具,支付卡法為誘導支付方式,針對太魯閣國家公園鄰近社區居民、到訪遊客為受訪樣本,進行人員面訪。研究結果顯示,對模擬計畫之關切程度愈高,受訪者之願捐金額愈高,而對國家公園之態度亦影響受訪者願捐金額,同時受訪者之年齡、教育程度與個人月收入、過去捐款經驗亦顯著影響捐款情形,而遊客平均最高願捐金額為1388.30元,顯著高於花蓮居民願捐金額700.65元。
National Parks are established especially for protecting valuable environment and rare species. Based on the purposes of National Park, the economic value of National Park includes use and non-use value. In this study, contingent valuation method was used to explore the factors influencing the willingness to pay to Taroko National park. Donation was chosen as payment vehicle, and payment card as elicitation format. Study samples include residents live in nearby communities and visitors visit Taroko National Park. Personal interview was carried out. The results showed that visitors make higher donation amount for Taroko National Park species conservation program than resident in Hualien. On average, the highest donation amount of visitor and resident in Hualien are 1388.30 NTD and 700.65 NTD respectively.
