摘要


本項研究的目的,在於從知識產生的程序,研討開發「調查知識管理系統」的理論與方法,尤其強調探討從本土經驗所發現的問題。資訊系統的發展不僅應考量單純技術問題,更應比較作業過程中,國內外在人文社會方面的差異,系統發展不僅是「橫的移植」,更應具備主動、積極、因應地域特性調整而後輸出的意義。本項研究便擬從這個角度,建立具備當前文化特色的調查知識管理系統,包括以下5部分:計畫管理系統電話抽樣決策系統命題與問卷設計決策系統電話訪問管理系統資料分析與決策支援系統

This research attempts to discover the theories and methods ofdeveloping”Survey Knowledge Management Systems(SKMS)”based on the”adaptive localization”perspective.Developing information systems is not only problems of technology,but also comparative concerns of social and cultural factors,which was referred as”adaptive localization”perspective.The SKMS defined by the research consists of 5 parts:Project Management System.Telephone Sampling Decision Support System.Measurement and Questionnaires Designing Support System.Online Telephone Interviewing Management System.Data analysis and Decision Support System.
