摘要


本研究係以紡織工業之廢布邊、玻璃纖維為強化材,以不飽和聚酯樹脂為基材。將廢布邊及玻璃纖維在施予一張力下加撚完成長條圓柱狀,再經過含浸、膠化及熱定型等過程製成複材鋼筋。籍由改變玻纖加入的數量,張力大小的不同來探討複材鋼筋各方面之強力並與一般鋼筋作比較。

The woven edge from textile industry is the strengthen material, and unsaturated polyester resin is the basic material in the study. To produce cylinder by woven edge and glass fiber with twisting to each other, then producing composites reinforcement through the process of resin permeating, gelatin and heat designing. To inquire into each side of strength of composites reinforcement by changing the structure of strengthen material and comparing with normal reinforcement.
